State Rep. Dave Yaccarino (R-87) this year continued his exemplary record of service to constituents by registering a 100% House roll call voting record during the 2014 legislative session.
Yaccarino, who represents the 87th District covering North Haven, was present to cast every vote on the floor of the state’s House of Representatives.
“Serving the people of the 87th District is truly an honor,” said Rep. Yaccarino who is the Ranking Member of the Legislature’s Veterans’ Affairs Committee. “In order to represent my constituents effectively, I have made every effort to ensure my attendance at every roll call. I am truly honored to serve on behalf of the people in North Haven, I will continue to advocate for what is most conducive to the people in the state of Connecticut and especially North Haven.”
Yaccarino also serves on the legislature’s Energy and Technology; Insurance and Real Estate; and Public Safety and Security committees.
Perfect attendance is very difficult to achieve, and less than 20% of his legislative colleagues in the House were able to attain it this year.
Rep. Yaccarino has achieved a 100% voting record for the 4 years he has served during the General Assembly’s regular legislative sessions, on behalf of the people in the 87th District.
The next regular session of the legislature will convene in January 2015.
