Senate Republican Leader Len Fasano (R-North Haven), State Representative Vincent Candelora (R-Wallingford), State Representative Dave Yaccarino (R-North Haven), State Representative Mary Mushinsky (D-Wallingford), and State Representative James Albis (D-East Haven) joined current UConn students from their districts at a Prospective Student Event at North Haven High School on November 21, 2016. The UConn Prospective Student Event enables current high school seniors and their families interested in applying to UConn to learn more about the University and speak directly with members of UConn Admissions staff. Local state lawmakers addressed the high school students at North Haven High School and were joined by current UConn students from their communities as well as UConn President Susan Herbst.
