Quinnipiac University to Host Online Information Session for MBA Program Jan. 29, 2014

Quinnipiac University’s graduate admissions will host an online information session for prospective students interested in the master’s of business administration program on Wednesday, Jan. 29, at 1 p.m. The MBA program director and a representative from graduate admissions will be available to give an overview of the program, curriculum, and admissions process, and answer questions.

The MBA program provides individuals with a broad professional education and acquaints them with the theories, principles and strategies needed for successful careers in business. The MBA program is a total of 46 credits with courses offered in a traditional classroom format, onlineand in a limited-residency hybrid format.

Electives are available in accounting, finance, health administration, information technology, international business, management and marketing. In addition, Quinnipiac offers three specialized tracks: Chartered Financial Analyst® certification for MBA students whose career choices require more extensive finance training; supply chain management track for students whose careers involve coordinating the functions, processes and enterprise associated with the order-fulfillment cycle; and health care management track for students in administrative roles in the health care industry.

U.S. News & World Report ranked Quinnipiac in the top 10 of northern universities offering a full range of undergraduate and master-level programs. In addition, Quinnipiac’s online program was ranked in the top 10 U.S. News & World Report 2014 Best Online Graduate Business Programs.

The online information session will allow prospective students the opportunity to watch an information session and pose questions via the Internet.
